UK-Based Challenges and Walks
If you would like to take part in a a fundraising challenge for ACE Africa, but don't want to ventrure too far from home, then look no further. We have events planned that will suit all ages and fitness levels, from sole walkers and runners to families wanting a relaxed day out.
5 Church Walk, North Downs 3rd May 2010 - A beautiful 16-mile walk through the bluebell-carpeted countryside ofthe North Downs. Starting at the historic village of Challock, this spring walk takes us on a circular route through 5 villages past the churches of St Cosmos and St Damian, All Saints, St Mary's and St Peter's. Finish at the beautiful Beechcourt Gardens for tea and cakes.

Asics British London 10k Run, 11th July 2010 - Get fit in 2010 and run London for ACE Africa. Take in the famed sights of Hyde Park and Trafalgar Square, to Tower Bridge and Embankment, the Houses of Parliament, Westminster and Buckingham Palace! We will organise your place in return for your commitment to raise sponsorship.

Jurassic Coast Walk, Dorset, 16-18th July 2010 - Trek 23 miles over 2 days along the Jurassic Coast, England's first Natural World Heritage Site and the most geologically diverse coastline in the world. Camp in the renowned village of Kimmeridge on Saturday night, at a site just a short distance from the famous Kimmeridge Bay and rock pools. A perfect weekend trip for a family or friends. This challenge is being run by Discover Adventure and costs include accomodation at campsites and all meals from Friday evening to Sunday lunchtime.
