Employee Fundraising

Supporting ACE Africa through employee fundraising could be highly rewarding for your company's image with staff, customers, suppliers and the community, whilst raising valuable funds for AIDS-affected children and their communities. We can work with you to organise national and international events, individual and team challenges and bespoke initiatives, which are suitable for everyone. Whether you are keen to run the London Marathon, swim across the English Channel or cycle London to Paris ACE Africa will support and encourage you. You just need motivation and determination!

Corporate Sponsorship

Sponsoring an ACE event is a motivating way to promote your company. During the year we hold several events, from art exhibitions and gala dinners to quiz nights and cricket matches. ACE Africa organises effective branding and publicity to help promote your company.

Project Support

ACE Africa has different projects with different budgets and timing in Kenya and Tanzania communities. We can link your donation to a particular project for example a kitchen garden or a child-to-child club. We can provide you with regular reports and updates on your project, often including photographs or even case histories of the people that you are helping. This can really help your company’s employees and clients understand the impact and difference that is being made to people’s lives. If your company supports a project, staff may even be able to visit in person to view the difference they are making.

Payroll Giving

Payroll giving is a tax-effective way to donate to ACE Africa. This means that donations are made straight from your salary, or occupational pension, before tax. The end result is that it costs you up to 40% less. For example, if you donate £15, the actual cost to you will be £9 (based on a higher rate tax payer). It is easy, effective and it costs you less! For a higher rate taxpayer, payroll giving is the ONLY way that a charity can automatically receive all your tax on your charitable donation.
Your employer might already operate a payroll-giving scheme - it might even 'gift-match' your donation. If not, contact your Human Resources Department to discuss the options. Payroll giving has many benefits for your company, improving company image and increasing staff morale. We will be more than happy to talk to you about the payroll giving scheme

Pro-bono Support

Why do not help ACE Africa by donating your skills and expertise? As a small NGO, we are always grateful for pro-bono advice from professionals in many fields such as marketing, legal issues and IT technologies just to mention some.

Gift in Kind

We welcome donations such as office equipment, software and flight tickets, or any gifts that we may be able to use as auction or raffle prizes at fundraising events. If you have an idea, please let us know!
