This Christmas you can help change the many lives of children and communities in Tanzania, by helping Ace Africa secure a new truck, which will enable our programmes to reach two new remote sites in 2014.
This truck will be a lifeline for Ace Africa to expand our programmes. It will allow Ace field staff to reach beneficiaries across our new target areas, as well as transporting supplies for our agriculture and nutrition activities.
Currently operating over four project sites, Ace are opening up two new sites in the Mwanza Region and Mahenge, that are located in especially rural areas of Tanzania and a truck is fundamental for the efficiency and growth of these new projects.
The most reliable and cost effective vehicle in East Africa is known to be the dual cabin truck, which carries people as well as goods and has good reliability and can face the extreme road conditions that will lead to our new sites.
Typically a new vehicle costs £25,000 and lasts around six years. Our aim is to purchase a second hand vehicle, which will be bought on average for £15,000.
Today you can become a member of our Ace Truck Group or simply make a one-off donation this Christmas to help Ace Africa raise funds for a much-needed vehicle that will enable Ace to carry on delivering its projects to its new sites in some of the most rural areas of Tanzania.
